Hey mate,

Yeah, it’s been a year. And, yes, I can imagine that you are still missing her every day. The same goes for us. I often hear myself saying to Maria: ‘Lúcia would have said right now….’ etc.
The fact that she’s been living with us for several years before moving to England allows me to participate in her mother’s grief, if you can see where I’m coming from.
We hope your own cancer treatment is going well, and expect to see you soon. All the best for 2024!
