I am a male chauvinist

When I perceive a smiling black man in the crowd backing Jair Bolsonaro, president elect of Brazil, I cannot help wondering: What on earth makes a full-grown black man want to support a racist, misogynistic, homophobic fascist?
Now, how come I am not wondering why all those women in the crowd are cheering Bolsonaro´s victory? It´s almost as if I am subconsciously thinking: Well, those poor dears do not really know what they´re doing, do they.
Does that make me a male chauvinist?
