I cannot believe why so many people are surprised that Mueller used the media – he wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post yesterday – to condemn the fact that Trump commuted Stone´s sentence. “It´s so un-Mueller,” they claim.

Let me explain…

Mueller never felt the urge to interfere, because he had an unconditional faith in the judicial system: you just needed to feed the facts into the system, and it could not fail.
“Fuck the facts,” says Trump. “L´état, c´est moi! Because the system is broken!”

Exactly! Who broke it?
